Online classes
Vinyasa Krama, Yogalates, pranayama. Sixty to ninety minutes, €30 an hour, live on video.
Alignment-based yoga, online and in person. Every class starts with what your body can do today.
I am Eszter. Hungarian, fifteen years of practice, teaching since 2018.
I live between a boat in Fuerteventura and Brighton and Hove, and teach online from wherever I am. Before teaching I worked in mental health care. That is why my first question is about injuries, and goals come second.
How I came to teach this way
Vinyasa Krama, Yogalates, pranayama. Sixty to ninety minutes, €30 an hour, live on video.
One to one or a small group, in Fuerteventura and around Brighton and Hove. I come to you.
Four days on the island. Two practices a day, one long walk, and the sea in between. Eight people.
I love how Eszter is dedicated to make sure that her students do the practice in a safe and aligned way. The way she holds space is loving and caring and every adjustment she gives is precise and helped me a lot to tune into the flow. Her flow is both fiery and smooth - my manipura was blossoming afterwards. I love mindful playfulness that she brings in and I can't wait to be on the mat next to her. Gracias, Eszter
Eszter is a very attentive yoga teacher who pays close attention to detail. For me (as a total yoga beginner), it was a challenge. But we've practiced the flow several times, and with each round I've been able to perform the movements with greater confidence. Thank you very much for your patience and dedication. I especially appreciated how Eszter consistently took into account the interplay between body and mind.
Eszter is one of the kindest, warm, big-hearted humans I know. She brings authenticity and love to everything she does, especially her yoga practice.
I ask about your goal, your focus, any injuries and what you have done before. You ask me anything you like. It is free, and you need no card. Then we design your classes around what you told me.
